| I kid you not!
During my first day in NY i sat down at a 2 seater table in a local park with my philly cheese steak. Suddenly an American dressed in a suit comes up to me and asks whether the other seat is taken. I let him sit and I finish off my sandwhich. I start reading my lonely planet when a guy with a suit case starts walking over. He starts a conversation with the guy already sitting down.
Guy 1: Hey man, should we move?
Guy 2: yea, lets go over there
Me: hey guys, i'm leaving anyway, why don't you take this seat?
Guy 2: (whilst still standing up, he bulges his eyes out and gives me an intense stare and then in an elongated manner he spits out) You're the best dude!
he continues to stare at me whilst i walk away and I swear, the 'dude' bit lasted for atleast 5 seconds! |
